You can cancel orders for goods that have been placed using this website for up to 7 working days after the delivery date. You cannot return medication or appliances that are made from materials that may be distorted if worn. You have to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us. Please send us your cancellation notice in writing. We will refund the purchase price and the standard postage charge you paid.
